According to him, he was not given full benefits of 6th Pay Commission, effective from 1.1.2006. 5. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to grant full benefits of 6th Pay Commission. 6. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation submits that if petitioner has any grievance, he should have made a representation. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although petitioner has made a representation, however, he may be given liberty to make fresh one. 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation to the Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation. If petitioner makes such representation, within three weeks from today, the Managing Director shall look into the matter and take decision, as per law, within four months thereafter.
