The instant application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the applicant has sought quashing of the charge sheet dated 30.11.2023 under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. R/w Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act in Case Crime No. 423/2023 at P.S. Krishnanagar, District-Lucknow, summoning order dated 07.03.2025 and the entire proceedings arising out of Case No. 100829 of 2024 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7, Court No.-31, Lucknow. 3. The quashing of the proceedings has been sought on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise on 20.05.2025, a copy whereof has been annexed with the affidavit. 4. On 27.05.2025, this Court has directed the trial court to verify the compromise. The compromise has been verified by means of an order dated 16.06.2025 passed by the Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7, Court No.-31, Lucknow. It is stated in the compromise that the parties are related to each other and the opposite party no.2 does not want any further proceedings against the applicant. 5. The learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 has supported the prayer made by the applicant and has given his consent for proceedings being quashed on the basis of compromise. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the charge sheet dated 30.11.2023 under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. R/w Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act in Case Crime No. 423/2023 at P.S. Krishnanagar, District-Lucknow, summoning order dated 07.03.2025 and the entire proceedings arising out of Case No. 100829 of 2024 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7, Court No.-31, Lucknow are hereby quashed. .
