Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to correct petitioner's category from GENERAL to EWS and for issuance of appropriate directions in consequence thereof. 3. Learned State counsel has been provided written instructions dated 21.07.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which petitioner has been considered under the EWS category whereafter he was selected vide order dated 07.07.2025. 4. In view thereof, it is evident that petitioner's grievance stands redressed and the opposite parties may issue an appointment letter in pursuance of petitioner's aforesaid selection. 5. Considering aforesaid, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in the petition which is accordingly consigned to record without any adverse effect upon benefits granted to petitioner.
