The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.08.2024 filed by the petitioner, a copy of which is produced at Annexure ‘F’. 2. In Annexure ‘F’, the petitioner is seeking for a direction to execute separate sale deeds in favour of the petitioner in respect of the schedule properties. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that pursuant to allotment, the sital value has also been paid by the petitioner and therefore, it would be incumbent upon - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8638 WP No. 1443 of 2025 the Housing Board to convey the properties by executing separate sale deeds. 4. In light of the fact that the petitioner has been allotted sites and she has already paid the requisite consideration, it would be appropriate to direct the concerned authority to convey the properties by executing separate sale deeds in favour of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
