Affidavits of compliance filed today by Mr. Aditya Mohan, Advocate on behalf of opposite party Nos. 3 and 4 are taken on record and he also informed that, in pursuance of the directions issued by the writ Court, the representation of the applicant has already been decided on 02.05.2023. Therefore, the contempt proceedings are liable to be dismissed. 2. Considering the contents of the order passed by the writ Court as well as the affidavit filed today, this Court is of the view that a decision has already been taken on the representation of the applicant. Therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy and is hereby dismissed.
