Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider case of petitioner for appointment as Constable Civil Police and for his training. Learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that although petitioner was selected for the said post in recruitment recently held from but his appointment was not approved in view of pendency of criminal case. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party No.4 i.e. who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
