Perused the order dated 11.01.2022, which has been challenged in the writ petition. It appears that the writ petitioner was the highest bidder in an auction held for the sale of a secured asset by the opposite party bank but he did not deposit the due amount. Accordingly, the money deposited by him was forfeited. 3. Such disputes are not amenable to the writ jurisdiction. Petitioner may avail other remedies if otherwise permissible under law. 4.
