Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 12.01.2024 passed by op. no. 5 as well as order dated 21.04.2025 passed by Op. no. 4, thereby the proceedings u/s 27 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development act 1973 for demolition of construction over the land, as contained in annexure no. 1 and 2 respectively to this writ petition." 3. The Counsel for the respondent states that against the order passed, a revision under Section 41. 4. The said objection is upheld. 5. The writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a revision. The petitioner is also permitted to move an application for interim relief. 6. In case, such a revision and interim application are filed within a period of three weeks from today, the revisional authority shall pass orders on the interim application within a further period of six weeks. 7. Till the disposal of the interim relief application, the execution of the impugned order 12.01.2024 shall remain stayed. 8. This order has been passed in the presence of Sri Nishant Shukla who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent. The Vakalatnama is taken on record.
