On seeing police, the said persons tr`ied to escape. Then police apprehended three among them while the others escaped. on enquiry, they disclosed their identity particulars as that of A1, A4 and 'A5 and police found 120 kgs of ganja in their possession. They confessed the involvement Of Other accused i.e. A2, A3, A6, A7 and A9 {o All in the commission Of the OffenCe| Police arrested and remanded them to judicial custody and seized the contraband. During the course of investigation, police arrested A6, A7 and A9 to All on 09.3.2025. 5. Perused the record. 6, Learned counsel forthe petitioner contends thatA1, A4 and A5 have been in judicial custody since .31.12.2024 and basing On their confessional statement A6, A7 and A9 to All have been in judicial Custody Since 09.3.2025, and prays to enlarge the petitioners on baI'l- 7, Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has not' disputed the Said facts but vehemently opposed the bail application. 8, After careful observation of the material on record and submissions made on behalf of both sides, it shows that no cont®raband has been seized ` froin the possession of the petitioners showing the involvement of the Petitioners.
