He further submitted that as and when the online website is functioning, the petitioner's application will be considered as per law. The said submission is recorded. 3.The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders in accordance to law, at the earliest, in the light of G.O.Ms.No. 114, Personal and Administrative Reforms (A) Department, dated 02.08.2006. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
