Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 4 and Shri D P Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 to 7. 2. Under challenge is the order dated 23.9.2015, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition, whereby the salary of the petitioner for the month of September, 2015 had been stopped and it has been indicated that the salary for the month from 4.8.2015 to 31.8.2015 would be adjusted. 3. At the very outset, Shri D.P. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents no. 5 to 7 states that the withheld salary of the petitioner had been paid to her. 4. The aforesaid statement is recorded. 5.
