The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 22.07.2014 whereby the Misc. Appeal was allowed and all the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court. 3. Perusal of the record reveals that no interim order was passed by this Court. 4. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2013, no interference is called for in the remand order. The petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the proceedings of Suit No. 640 of 2013, if pending, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year.
