Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. No one appears on behalf of the respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Misc. Appeal No.21 of 2020 whereby, the order dated 13.10.2020 was modified and the orders were issued for not interfering with the possession during the pendency of the suit. 3. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2005, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the suit being Suit No.265 of 2005 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4. The parties shall maintain the status quo as exists today during the proceeding of the suit.
