Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.01.2015, whereby the amendment application was rejected as well as the order dated 24.08.2015, whereby the revision preferred was dismissed, both the courts have recorded that the amendment sought was without specifying the reason for not including the amended petition while filing the suit. It was also recorded that earlier two occasions also, amendment applications were filed. 3. Considering the nature of the order, no interference is called for. Hence, the petition is dismissed. As the suit is of the 2009, the trial court is directed to ensure that the suit is decided within one year. The petitioner would be entitled to take additional grounds while filing an appeal if suit is decided against him.
