Petitioner alleges interference in his peaceful possession of Gata No.394Ka situated at Village-Bhagwanpur, Tehsil- Akbarpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar on which he is a bhumidhar, by Gram Panchayat of Village-Bhagwanpur. The Gata in question is a minjumla gata. Proceedings for map correction has been allowed but demarcation proceedings are pending. 3. Be that as it may, let the demarcation proceedings initiated by the petitioner be concluded at the earliest that is if there is no legal impediment, within six weeks. Once the demarcation is over and if there is a cause, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedies against Gram Panchayat. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
