With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant application is being finally decided at the admission stage. 3. Instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C/ Section 529 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed contending that despite the applicant having filed a protest application on 22.02.2024, a copy of which is annexure 3 to the application, the learned trial Court has failed to decide the same till date. 4. Considering that a protest application of the applicant is pending for consideration before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur accordingly, the instant application filed under Section 483 of the Cr.P.C is disposed of with the direction to the competent Court of law i.e where the protest application is still pending, to decide the pending protest application of the applicant in accordance with law, which application would be decided within a period of three months from the date the certified copy of this order is placed on record before the learned trial Court.
