Inspite of repeated queries from the Court to at least prima facie satisfy the basis for filing this petition and for the assertion that the disability certificate issued to opposite party No. 6 is fraudulent or forged, learned counsel could not do so. 2. We have gone through the pleadings, which are absolutely vague and casual. Writ cannot be issued on such casual pleadings. 3. The petition is, therefore, disposed of without interfering in the matter. 4. Our order shall, however, not amount to confirming the validity of the disability certificate issued to opposite party No.6. and shall not come in the way if the opposite parties themselves have any cause to inquire into the matter, as we have declined to interfere only on account of the absence of the requisite proof and facts.
