At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that the District Basic Education Officer, Unnao may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2024, which has been filed along with the rejoinder affidavit, with expedition. Learned counsel has stated that by means of the aforesaid representation, the petitioner has prayed the arrears of salary. On that Sri Abhinav Singh has stated that the aforesaid representation of the petitioner would have to be examined and if the claim of the petitioner finds any legal support, any appropriate decision may be taken by the authority concerned. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the issue, I hereby dispose of this petition finally at the admission stage, directing the District Basic Education Officer, Unnao to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2024, strictly in accordance with law by speaking and reasoned order with expedition, preferably, within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of the order of this Court and decision may be intimated to the petitioner, forthwith.
