The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 30th July, 2014 passed by the SCC Court, whereby a decree of rent and ejectment was passed as well as the order dated 15.02.2020, whereby the SCC Revision preferred was also dismissed. 3. Considering the fact that both the courts have recorded findings of fact with regard to the arrears of rent, the same do not warrant any interference. 4. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
