In Re:- C.M.A. No. 02 of 2025 Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellants. An application no. IA No. 2 of 2025 has been moved by the appellants bring on record the certified copy of the order passed by the Presiding Officer, M.A.C.T. Unnao in C.M.C. No. 44 of 2024 by which the settlement arrived at between the parties has been recorded. It is urged that in view of the settlement arrived at, the appellants do not wish to press the instant appeal. Considering the aforesaid that the appellants do not wish to press the appeal on account of the settlement the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. The amount deposited before this Court in terms of the order dated 09.07.2024 shall be remitted to the tribunal concerned from where upon an application moved by the appellants, it shall be released in favour of the appellants. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as not pressed. The record of the tribunal be returned forthwith.
