Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicants/petitioners for quashing of the criminal proceedings of Case No.36039 of 2024; State vs. Chandra Pal Yadav in Case Crime No.0051 of 2024 under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 34 I.P.C., Police Station-Fatehpur, District-Barabanki pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barabanki as well as summoning order dated 11.10.2024 and charge sheet dated 12.03.2024 in the said case. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners confines his prayer to file bail application before the learned trial court which may be decided in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another;(2021) 10 SCC 773. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners. On due consideration of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, it is provided that in case, the applicants/petitioners moves bail application before the trial court within fifteen days' from today, the same shall be decided within a period of two weeks thereafter in accordance with the law laid down in the case of Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another (supra). With the aforesaid, the application/petition is disposed of.
