She claims to have raised a claim for payment of compensation in terms of the Mukhyamantri Kishan Evam Sarvhit Bima Yojana vide representation dated 04.10.2020 before the competent authority. Grievance is that despite expiry of sufficient time authority concerned has not taken any decision, so far. Hence, this petition. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in the event petitioner's claim has not been considered, the same shall be considered by the competent authority, in accordance with law, expeditiously. 3. In the facts of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent her grievance before the respondent no.1 alongwith a certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of her claim, within a period of two weeks from today. Respondent no.1 shall thereafter refer the matter to the concerned District Level Committee, which shall examine petitioner's claim for payment of compensation, by passing an appropriate order, in accordance with law and applicable policy, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
