Shanti Devi and others versus District Magistrate Unnao and others and the order dated 11.05.2023 passed in writ C no. 1006882 of 2009; Smt. Shanti Devi versus District Magistrate Unnao and others and the order dated 11.05.2023 passed in Writ C no. 1005910 of 2009; Nagar Palika Parishad Unnao and others versus Additional District Judge and others to this petition." Sri O.P.Tiwari, Advocate, appears on behalf of Nagar Palika Parishad, Unnao, opposite parties no. 1 & 2. His Vakalatnama is taken on record. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has stated that in pursuance of the order passed by this court as aforesaid, the Nagar Palika Parishad has issued notices on 13-09-2023 and on 22-05-2025 to the petitioners, to which the petitioners have not filed any reply. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file their reply within two weeks from today. If such reply is filed, the same shall be considered and an appropriate order shall be passed by the opposite parties within two weeks thereafter.
