The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that she does not wish to press the present petition and may be permitted to file afresh, as inadvertently certain orders could not be challenged and the petition also lacks certain factual background which needs to be incorporated. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Since the liberty is being granted to the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file, however, it is observed that whenever a fresh petition is filed, a copy thereof shall be provided to Sri Vijay Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 7 and 8.
