Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The present application has been instituted under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in connection with Fakirganj P.S. case No. 56/2025 registered under Section 113(3)/152/196/197(1)/352/353 of BNS. 3. This court vide order dated 12.06.2025, was pleased to grant interim pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail to the petitioner on the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation of the matter. 4. Perused the case dairy produced by Mr. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. It is seen that the petitioner in terms of liberty granted to him by this Court vide order dated 12.06.2025, has appeared before the Investigating Officer and it is stated that he is fully co-operating with the Investigating Officer. It is found that the petitioner has not misused the liberty of interim pre-arrest bail as granted to him vide the order dated 12.06.2025. 5. In view of the above, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.06.2025, is made absolute, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall continue to co-operate with the investigating officer in the investigation of the matter and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as an when called for. (ii) The petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court. 7.
