The instant application has been filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition. The application is accompanied by an afÏdavit of Shri Manish Mishra, Power of Attorney holder of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 does not have any objection as the writ petition was field against an interim order. In this view of the matter, as the petitioner does not want to press this petition, this application is allowed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
