The present revision has been filed challenging an order dated 22.04.2025, whereby an amendment application filed at the appellate stage seeking to amend the plaint has been rejected. 3. Prima facie, there is no compliance of the proviso Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC and no material exists to satisfy the said proviso, as such, no interference is called for. However, the petitioner after the appeal is decided would be entitled to challenge the same whenever the second appeal is preferred. 4. The revision stands disposed of.
