Petitioners say that though consequent to demarcation of Gata No.705 in 2022, 'Patharnasab' exercise was undertaken but the encroachments were not removed as was required under sub-Section (2) of Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the Rules made corresponding thereto. 3. Let the petitioners move a representation before the Sub- Divisional Magistrate concerned who may get the facts verified as to how far he has jurisdiction in the matter to restore the encroachments and if he has then do the needful but only as per law otherwise, the petitioners will have to pursue other remedies. 4.
