GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents 1 to 5. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in not acting on the complaint dated 10.02.2025. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.02.2025 will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to disposed off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 10.02.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”). 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
