In compliance of the earlier orders passed by this Court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Lucknow has sent a report dated 07.03.2025. We have gone through the said report sent by the C.J.M. Lucknow wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant- Mohd. Wasi had died during the pendency of the Appeal. The statements of the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned and also of the son of the appellant, namely, Aman Khan, have been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Mohd. Wasi, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
