Manager And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Virendra Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- Vinay Shankar Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Praveen Kumar Giri,J. Heard. After hearing the parties, what comes out is that an order has been passed on 05.09.2024 by an officer of the North Central Railway, Prayagraj, addressed to the Assistant General Manager, Canara Bank, communicating excess pension paid to the petitioner and others. The bank as a consequence to the aforesaid letter is making deductions from the pension account of the petitioner which is at Sultanpur branch. The action which is impugned herein which is of the railway is not amenable to writ jurisdiction, directly. The remedy for the petitioner is before the Central Administrative Tribunal. This petition is, therefore, not maintainable, especially as the action of the bank is only consequential to the action of the railway. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her case before the Central Administrative Tribunal. Order Date :- 3.6.2025 K.K. Maurya (Praveen Kumar Giri, J.)
