Since then, the matter has been listed on several occasions, however there has been no appearance of Appellant or its counsel. 5. In fact, non-prosecution by the Appellant/Complainant was the reason why learned MM-02 (NI ACT) South District, Saket Courts, Delhi vide impugned order dated 03.11.2017 has dismissed the Criminal Complaint No. 1121/2017 filed by the Appellant under Section 138 of Negotiable This is a digitally signed order.
