Mr. Parikshit Saini, Advocate, submitted that the trial court has fixed 12.11.2025. He has requested on instructions to permit the applicant- Mahipal to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with a liberty to file anticipatory bail application before 2025:UHC:9565 the District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar. He has requested to direct the District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar to decide the anticipatory bail application of the applicant, who will file the said application on 31.10.2025, before 12.11.2025. 4. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent no.1. 5. The present Anticipatory Bail Application (No.1190 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar is requested to decide the anticipatory bail application of the applicant before 12.11.2025 if the applicant moves the said application on 31.10.2025.
