1. Learned Counsel for the respondent on instruction from his client submits that the petitioner’s pending amount shall be released within a period of three weeks.
2. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the respondent nothing survives in the present writ petition since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
3. The present writ petition is disposed of and the respondent shall be bound by the submissions made before this Court.
4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
