This Criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the docket order, dated 27.02.2025, in C.C. No.175 of 2020 on the file of the Court of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are facing trial in C.C. No.175 of 2020 before the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur, for alleged offences under Section 498-A of the 2 CRL.P. No.3717 OF 2025 Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. On 27.02.2025, the learned Magistrate issued non-bailable warrants against the petitioners for their non-appearance before the Court, despite a conditional order. The matter stands posted to 16.04.2025. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the docket order passed by the learned Magistrate, there shall be stay on the execution of the non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioners till 16.04.2025. Meanwhile, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Magistrate, where the C.C. is pending, and submit an application for the recall of the warrants. Upon filing such an application, the learned Magistrate shall consider the same and recall the non-bailable warrants, imposing such conditions as deemed necessary for the disposal of C.C. No.175 of 2020. 4. With these observations, the criminal petition is disposed off. 5.
