Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to prefer a bail application before the trial Court and the same may be disposed of with expedition. 2. Therefore, considering the aforesaid request, this writ petition is dismissed being withdrawn at this stage. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to prefer regular bail application before the trial Court with expedition preferably within a period of two weeks' and if such an application is filed, the same may be heard and disposed of with expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. It is also made clear that the petitioner may also file any other appropriate application, which are permissible under the law and that application too may be decided with expedition.
