By means of this writ petition the petitioner wants the following reliefs:- "(i) MANDMUS commanding and restrain the opposite parties not to demolish the merorial/Samadhi Sthal of the ancestor of petitioners, Satsang Bhawan and temple situated in the Gola Gokaran Dham premises, which is a place of religious reverence, in the interest of Justice. (ii) MANDAMUS commanding and directing the opposite parties to take decision on application dated 19.05.2025 moved by petitioners, requesting therein that the not to demolish the memorial/Samadhi Sthal of the ancestors of petitioners , Satsang Bhawan and temple situated in the Gola Gokaran Dham premises, in the interest of Justice." 3. It is not possible for this Court to enter into such issues pertaining to rights and title in respect of the property. The remedy is before the Civil Court. The petitioner may avail remedy aforesaid or such other remedies as may be permissible in law. 4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. . (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
