Deuri, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor of the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Jaidev Nath, was granted interim bail by this Court on 13.06.2025 and in Page No.# 2/2 pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Dispur P.S. Case No. 487/2025 and has endorsed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding co-operation rendered by the petitioner in the investigation. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him on 13.06.2025 is hereby made absolute. 5.
