This petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "That by a writ of certiorari, the order dated 11.1.2008 (annexure no.5) passed by the opposite party no.1, upholding the order dated 15.3.2007 (annexure no.2) passed by the opposite party no.2 may kindly be quashed. (ii) That the cost of the writ petition be awarded to the petitioners against the opposite parties." During pendency of this petition, the parties have entered into a compromise after settling their dispute outside the court amicably and considering the same, this Court on 15.04.2025 had passed the following order:- "Supplementary affidavit filed by Sri Mayankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, is taken on record. Heard Sri Mayankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Raghvendra P. Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties and learned counsel for the State. Seen the report of Senior Registrar dated 11.04.2025 of this Court. Taking note of the aforesaid as also the settlement/compromise deed dated 11.04.2025 duly signed by all the parties which has been annexed with the supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the petitioners, let the aforesaid settlement/compromise deed be placed before the Senior Registrar of this Court on 18.04.2025 for verification. List this case on 23.04.2025." In compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.04.2025, the Senior Registrar of this Court has submitted a report dated 18.04.2025, which being on record, reads as under:- "Vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 15-04-2025, parties were directed to appear before the undersigned today for verification of compromise deed. The said compromise has been annexed in original as annexure no. 1 to C. M. Application No. nil dated 11-04-2025. Today, petitioner Smt. Shashikala Singh W/o Vijay Pratap Singh alongwith her learned counsel Shri Mayankar Singh, Advocate and opposite party Nos. 3/2, 3/3, 4 and 5 i.e. (1) Shailendra Pratap Singh S/o Radhey Shyam Singh, (2) Anand Pratap Singh S/o Radhey Shyam Singh, (3) Uma Shankar Singh S/o Late Ram Shabad Singh and (4) Ram Shankar Singh S/o Late Ram Shabad Singh respectively alongwith their learned counsel Shri Raghvendra P. Singh, Advocate are present before me. Vakalatnama of counsels for both the parties is on record. The proof of identity i.e. Aadhar Card is produced by both the parties, at the time of verification. The contents of the said compromise deed have been read over and explained to both the parties to the compromise deed and they have stated that they have executed the same according to their free will and as a token there of they have affixed their photographs, put T.Is. and signatures, which are duly attested and verified by their respective counsels. In view of the said facts, the compromise between petitioner Smt. Shashikala Singh W/o Vijay Pratap Singh and opposite party Nos. 3/2, 3/3, 4 and 5 i.c. (1) Shailendra Pratap Singh S/o Radhey Shyam Singh, (2) Anand Pratap Singh S/o Radhey Shyam Singh, (3) Uma Shankar Singh S/o Late Ram Shabad Singh and (4) Ram Shankar Singh S/o Late Ram Shabad Singh respectively is being verified by me today i.e. 18th day of April, 2025. The report is submitted before Hon'ble Court for orders." In view of above, this petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties, which shall form part of this order and the impugned orders dated 11.01.2008 (Annexure No.5), passed by the opposite party No.1 upholding the order dated 15.03.2007, passed by the opposite party No.3 is set-aside in terms of compromise.
