Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. By means of the present application under Section 529 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (483 Cr.P.C.), the applicant has sought following prayer:- "to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 16, Barabanki to decide the Protest Petition arising out of Crime No. 130 of 2020, under Sections 419 and 420 IPC, Police Station Satreekh, District Barabanki (Man Singh Vs. Km Shruti Singh and others) expeditiously." 3. In view of the proposed order to be passed, notices to opposite parties nos. 2 to 7 are dispensed with. 4. Learned counsel for applicant submits that trial Court may be directed to decide the Protest Petition arising out of Crime No. 130 of 2020, under Sections 419 and 420 IPC, Police Station Satreekh, District Barabanki (Man Singh Vs. Km Shruti Singh and others) in a time bound manner. 5. In view of above, this application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to move an appropriate application within two weeks for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid protest petition before the court concerned in view of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the said court shall consider the same within a further period of two weeks and shall proceed accordingly. .
