THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N CRIMINAL PETITION No.3731 OF 2025 ORDER:
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as respondents 2 to 5 in D.V.C. No.6 of 2024 on the file of the XIII Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam District.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners 1 and 2 are the parents in law and petitioner No.3 is the sister, of the 2nd respondent and that petitioner No.4 is the husband of petitioner No.3. On account of marital disputes, the petitioners were implicated in the D.V.C., and they never interfered with the marital affairs of the 2nd respondent and her husband (1st respondent in the D.V.C.). The learned counsel seeks stay on the appearance of the petitioners.
4. Considering the submissions, there shall be stay on the presence of the petitioners in D.V.C. No.6 of 2024 on the file of the XIII Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam District.
5. With the above observation, the criminal petition is disposed of.
