Neither the parties are present nor anybody is present on behalf of the parties accept learned A.G.A. This Court has passed the following order on 15.07.2025:- "As per office report dated 14.07.2025, notice has been personally served on respondent no.2. However, neither respondent no.2 is present nor anybody has put in appearance on his behalf. In deference to order dated 28.05.2025 passed by this Court, Rs.75,000/- has not been deposited by the revisionist. Sri Ankit Kumar Trivedi Advocate holding brief of Sri Durgesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he has informed to the revisionist for depositing the aforesaid amount, however, it appears that revisionist could not have arranged the money, therefore, he has not contacted. He prays that a week's further time may be granted to deposit the aforesaid amount. In view of above, a week's further time is granted to deposit the aforesaid amount in compliance of the order dated 28.05.2025, failing which the appropriate order shall be passed on the next date and the revision may be dismissed. List on 24.07.2025 in terms of previous order." In view of above, it appears that the revisionist is not interest in pursuing the matter,therefore, the application for condonation of delay in filing the revison (C.M. Application No. 02 of 2025) is dismissed for want of prosecution. Consequently, this revision is also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. . (Rajnish Kumar,J.)
