After hearing the counsel for the applicant seeking review and the learned AGA, we find that there is specific recital in the judgment under review i.e. in para 4 of having heard counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA, not only this, thereafter the arguments have also been noticed. The plea that the gang chart was prepared in hurried manner and did not bear the signature of the competent authority has also been considered apart from other pleas which were raised, therefore, we do not find any error to review the judgment dated 27.06.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 3685 of 2022, as, rehearing cannot take place in the garb of review application . 3. The review application is dismissed.
