The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.3 to 7 are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.8 to 10 relating to suits in O.S.No.197 of 2023 and O.S.No.125 of 2022 before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ponnuru and O.S.No.23 of 2022 before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla. 2 3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the 6th respondent is hereby directed to not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes, without following the due process of law. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
