On a query, learned counsel for the revisionist fairly states that the revisionist has not deposited the amount of Rs.75,000/- as provided by means of the order dated 25.07.2025 by this Court and submits that on a telephonic instructions, the revisionist does not seem to be inclined to deposit the aforesaid amount. In view of above, no purpose would be served by keeping this revision pending. Accordingly the application for condonation of delay(C.M.Application No.2 of 2025) is dismissed.
