Petitioner's grievance is that private opposite parties no. 8 to 10 have encroached on the PWD land. The petitioner may inform the opposite party no. 5 who may get the facts verified and take such action as may be required but with expedition. We make it clear that we have not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner vis-a-vis the action, if any, of the private opposite parties which may have to be looked into by the concerned opposite party. If the petitioner is still aggrieved he will have to pursue other remedies as may be permissible in law. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. .
