We have heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Rishabh Kapoor, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the parties that a settlement agreement has been arrived at on 07.06.2024 between the U.P. Leather Industries, Small Tanners Association as first party and Ganga Pollution Control Unit of U.P. Jal Nigam as second party. 3. We have gone through the copy of the settlement agreement filed as annexure-1 to IA No. 12 of 2024. In the said settlement agreement, both parties have stated that they have no further claims of demand with each other with respect to the matter involved in the instant writ petition. All disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement arrived at between the party on 07.06.2024.
