The present revision has been filed challenging the order dated 21.01.2020, whereby, the application under Order IX Rule 13 of C.P.C. was rejected on the ground that there was no compliance of Section 17 of the Small Cause Courts Act. 2. The Counsel for the revisionist admits that he has already evicted, however, he argues that he has been evicted except in accordance with law. 3. Considering the fact that the revisionist has already been evicted from the premises in question and also considering the reasoning recorded in the impugned order, no interference is called for.
