After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the trial in the impugned proceedings in CC.No.27561/2016 are nearing completion and the matter is posted before the trial Court on 21.06.2025 and that the present petition may be disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the impugned proceedings within a stipulated time frame as expeditiously as possible. 4. The submission is placed on record. 5. The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn directing the trial Court to dispose of the impugned proceedings in CC.No.27561/2016 within a period of two (02) months from 21.06.2025. 6.
