Counter affidavit filed today on behalf of opposite parties is taken on record. 2. Petition has been filed challenging letter dated 21.04.2025 issued on behalf of General Manager Northern Railway. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for opposite parties that dispute pertains to Election of Officer Bearers of the Zonal Working Committee of All India OBC Railway Employees Association of Northern Railway and is therefore a private dispute due to which present writ petition is not maintainable. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instruction does not wish to press his prayer no.1and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate authority with regard to redressal of his grievance. 5. In view of such submission being made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioners to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of their grievances pertaining to Election of Office Bearer.
